On July 26th we are hosting an art and vintage market at South Portland Skatepark! The market will feature 30+ talented vendors, food, music, good vibes, and a fun raffle at the end. We will also be hosting a skate jam in collaboration with Sal’s Skate Shop and Maine Skateboarding Association.

Bathrooms located in the South Portland Recreation Center 

Parking located across from the park 

Where: 

South Portland Skatepark, 25 Nelson Rd, South Portland, ME 04106

Accessibility:

Mostly flat ground, grass, parking located very close to the park.

Application Deadline: Wednesday, June 11th at 11:59pm EST

Notification of Acceptance: July 15 

Vending fee: $75 (must be paid within 72 hours of approval)

Expectations for Vendors:

PAYMENT

Pay your deposit of $75 by 7/18 at 11:59pm to secure your spot. 

MATERIALS

Please bring your own booth materials  

Bring your own table and chairs 

Tent or canopy highly recommended; however, you MUST have weights minimum ~30lbs to secure the tent. 

(Furnishings will not provided)  

SET UP

Set up will occur from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. 

Please be finished setting up by 2:00. We want any boxes or other set up pieces packed away when we open. 

BREAKDOWN 

Break down will occur at 7:00pm. 

Early breakdown is not permitted unless discussed with the organizer.

PROMOTION

Posting on social media. A flyer will be provided for you to utilize for promotions. Please promote on Instagram, via email lists, or feel free to print hard copies to hand out to local businesses. 

CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellations a minimum of 5 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Further refunds are at the organizer's discretion.

Our spring market was a huge success!

Thank you so much to everyone who came through to support and shop. But most importantly thank you to our vendors, we couldn’t do events like this without you!


We’re currently planning a few more market style events for this summer and early fall. The majority of those hopefully will be outdoor. We hope to see you there!
